NUFIX wall care putty

NUFIX wall care putty is a white cement based putty used to give that extra shine to the walls. Among the many good qualities of this wall care putty, it can easily and strongly bond to the base even in wet or damp conditions. While doing the job it also forms a protective coat on it to avoid any scratches or other damages. It is a good sealing on the interior and exterior walls. It also can be used on concrete, plastered, precast and AAC blocks walls. With proper preparation, it can be used on flaky surfaces as well.

Storage & Precautions

  • Nufix Wall Care Putty is available in 40 kg Stocking life is 6 months. The product should be kept in covered and dry place.
  • Nufix Wall care putty should be kept out of reach of In case of contact with eyes, rinse eyes with plenty of water and consult a doctor immediately.

Mixing Method

  • Take Nufix wall care putty in a bucket and add 35-45% of water slowly with constant
  • Mixing can be done manually or by
  • Mixing to be done till the homogeneous lump-free paste is
  • After mixing leave the paste for 5-10 minutes for polymeric dispersion before
  • The paste should be kept away from direct sunlight, heat and used with in 120 minutes of preparation (after mixing with water).

Direction for Use

  • Prepare the surface by cleaning all dirt/dust and dampen the surface before applying putty
  • Mix the 40 kg bag powder with 35-45% of water with an electrical stirrer for 10to15 minutes until the mix is uniform
  • Leave the mix for Sto 10 minutes and remix before
  • Use the material within 2-3 hours of mixing
  • Allow 3 hours between first and second coat
  • Water curing is not mandatory, however, cure 2to 3times a day for 3 days to get better results
  • Allow it to dry completely for 3 days at least.
  • Paint can be done after 3 or more days of application of putty
